I thought this looked really nice in the photos, but once I got it, the material felt thinner than I expected. The stitching ain’t exactly clean either, and a few of the edges look like they were rushed. It’s not unwearable or anything, but for the price, I was expecting better quality. It’s not terrible, just disappointing

My order from mytalia.com showed up well packed, which I really appreciated because I didn’t have to deal with damaged items or returns. The outside of the box had a small dent on one side, but everything inside was protected and in perfect shape. Overall, it did the job and I’m happy with how it arrived.

After placing my order, the tracking just seemed to get stuck and never showed any real movement. From my side, it felt like nobody was actually looking into it or giving me a clear answer, which was frustrating.

I was having an issue and figured it was worth contacting them instead of just trying to deal with it myself. i’m glad I did because they got it fixed really quickly. No complaints from me.

The return itself was straightforward, so I thought the refund would be the same. Nope. It took way longer than it should have, and every time I reached out to support, I just got these short, not-super-helpful replies. Like, the item is already back with you, so why is the refund still dragging? Make it make sense. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it was definitely annoying.

I thought some of the items looked really cute in the photos, but I felt a bit disappointed by how little information there was. The descriptions didn’t give me much confidence, and I wish the sizing and material details were clearer. I’d probably need to see more real customer photos before I’d feel comfortable ordering

I ordered a medium, but it fit more like an extra small. Not saying it’s a scam, but the sizing feels really misleading and I definitely wouldn’t have ordered it if I knew it ran that tiny.

It just looks kind of outdated to me. The layout feels a little messy, and the colors aren’t really my thing.

My delivery was late again and there were no updates at all. I know delays happen, but having to keep checking and wondering what’s going on is mentally draining at this point. It’s just really frustrating.

I feel like it was worth the money, the price was good for what you get and I really don’t have any complaints so far, everything was pretty much what I expected.
